My wife and I were planning renovations and were dreading going back to the banks for re-financing. I knew Steve Moore only on a social level at the gym, knew that he was a lending specialist and had seen his advertisement in the Saturday Real Estate liftout in the Queensland Times. We thought that we would at least have a chat with him and see what Expert Lending had to offer.
 
I can personally say that it has been the best experience with any type of financial institution/company that we have ever had. Plenty of options and no hassles. Buying a house and finding a suitable home loan was something my husband and I were initially quite anxious about. I had never applied for a home loan before and didn’t really know much about property, loans, or interest rates. Jason took the time to answer all our questions (even the ones we felt stupid asking) and explained things in a way we could understand.

After sitting with the Lending Specialist from Expert Lending my husband and I were able to come up with a home loan that was tailored to our short term and long term goals, and most importantly a home loan we were comfortable with. Expert Lending supported us every step of the way from our initial crazy ideas, to planning, and to buying our home. I learnt so much from the whole process, it was a fantastic learning curve, and I can’t wait to do it all again!!
