I recently contacted the Team to discuss a refinance proposal at a high level to see if the finance transaction was bankable. By way of background my daughter had used the services of ELT a couple of years ago to refinance their home loan from ANZ to CBA to apply for a construction housing loan. Her financing was satisfactorily concluded without any hassles and they are still happy with the services of CBA.
As mentioned I discussed my initial proposal (Interest Only Investment Loan) with Steve on the phone and he arranged to send me a Loan Application to complete. I was pretty impressed at Steve’s prompt advice following which we decided on a bank to submit our application.
I recall that I had received a call from Jess in a little over a week followed by and email to confirm that finance had been approved by our chosen banker.
From the initial phone call with ELT, Steve and his team were hands on from the beginning to final settlement for refinancing. My dealings with Steve, Jess and Kellee were exceptional, professional, timely and above all friendly to the point that no query, no matter minor or major, was too difficult for them to help me and respond according.
I thoroughly recommend their services to anybody seeking initial advice about lending and the team at ELT stand ready to assist. To that I have recently referred another one of my daughters to ELT to discuss a proposal for an Interest Only Investment Loan.
